This is what i aim to do this holiday:

Attempt to cook something 4 or 5 times a week...
I made bolognaise risotto
Too bad risotto kind of looks... ugly.

Today I finally made my hazelnut torte. I got the recipe from Jamie Oliver's cookbook. I didn't know what to expect - I mean, what the heck is a torte!?
But alas, it's done !
I don't know whether I like it or not... it's... LOL
Even though I meticulously followed the recipe (my mum says you tweak things as you like) it actually wasn't a very big cake.
well i'll ask my sister when she gets home.
My amateur cooking is no match for her skillful sticky date pudding!

Well ... I make make some more stuff tomorrow... but i feel bad cos theres gonna be heaps of food at home that no one will eat because I made it HA !
