Corn and ricotta fritters

I had an awesome version of corn fritters at Leura for my sister's hens getaway.

It was bloody ah-maze-zing!

So inspiration to make my own version of some fritters 8D

Okay mine's not glam at all LOL

But it tasted pretty decent.

I had a few recipes and mixed them around then I got confused as to which one I was following and thought I had done the recipe wrong and blah blah made a mess.

I lost the initial recipe I was meant to follow...

BUT IT WORKED.

Except I think I may have used the wrong flour.

Oh wells!

Yum.

Food.

Cos uni just ain't my thang atmo.

Eugh assignments... give me the motivation to start dargh!

But yey for my 3 day week :D
