Since my camera has been ninja-ed by my sister and bro in law because they're in THAILAND (so jealous)...

It's moments like these...

You know those moments.

When you just can't stop laughing and everything seems utterly and incredibly hilarious.

When everyone is genuinely happy, smiling and content.

When you can be by yourself and not feel lonely.

When you're satisfied from food, drink and talk.

When you can spend hours lazing around and talking shit with one person and feel like you could never get sick of it.

When seeing someone brightens your day, mood and moment.

When even seeing someone for 5 or 10 minutes to catch up.

And when you think you've lost that something, and you realise that its always going to be there.

Yeah, you know those moments.

Corn and ricotta fritters

I had an awesome version of corn fritters at Leura for my sister's hens getaway.

It was bloody ah-maze-zing!

So inspiration to make my own version of some fritters 8D

Okay mine's not glam at all LOL

But it tasted pretty decent.

I had a few recipes and mixed them around then I got confused as to which one I was following and thought I had done the recipe wrong and blah blah made a mess.

I lost the initial recipe I was meant to follow...

BUT IT WORKED.

Except I think I may have used the wrong flour.

Oh wells!

Yum.

Food.

Cos uni just ain't my thang atmo.

Eugh assignments... give me the motivation to start dargh!

But yey for my 3 day week :D

4 day weekend here I come hohohoho!

Virginia and Richard

It was the perfect day - sunny, glorious and absolutely gorgeous.

There simply is no other word for it but simply perfect.

I don't have many photos to show you how stunning my sister and Richard looked on their wedding day. But these few pictures just showed how beautiful they both looked.

And how incredibly happy they were as well.

I'm so blessed to have been able to share their life-changing day with them.

Love truly is something that is taken for granted. It is a wondrous emotion.

I'm not eloquent.

But I just wanted to say congratulations to them.

And how much I love them.

To the point that I was reduced to a blubbering mess at the reception.

If you have the chance to check out Wiki Lee's website, hopefully their wedding video will also be uploaded. It was bloody amazing.

And I loved Linda's (from eatshowandtell) dessert table. It was bloody amazing.

Mother's Day

So today's Mother's Day.

And I'm currently attempting and failing to impress my word document by not really doing much of my PSYC2081 assignment.

But No Fear, Shakespeare (no this is not subliminal advertising because I work in a bookstore and I spent a majority of my time cleaning the shelves because I'm a madwoman when the books are out of order. Like seriously the education section was not a good look at all today. And NAPLAN is next week kiddos shouldn't you prepare earlier? But that's okay. Because I'm here to help you kiddies. Like helping Ethan make a crocodile. Or a house out of lego)

But anywhoo, I thought it was fitting that its mothers day and I'm doing my assignment about the "Effects of oxytocin on recollections of maternal care and closeness". See the link? Harhar I'm in an incredibly blabbing mood atmo and I feel like everything is just spewing everywhere but hey I deserve to blabber right? Gosh this is turning into quite a long blub. Flub. Nub.

Okay so I've been reading this hilarious blog "The Man Repeller" (sorry I don't know how to hyperlink cos I'm a fool (Gosh Annie why don't you just link it. But alas, it is done! I learnt something new (oh dear I wrote knew) on blogger woohoo! Partay time!). I think I have too many parenthesis or whatever but I feel too blind and its confusing me. I know whats coming soon nooooo... However, this chick... She's freaking hilarious.

I thought I'd end this crazy wave of mine with an incredibly flattering and appealing photo of me (gosh how narcissistic do I sound). Why can't I be as elegant and refined as my mother? I was just shovelling my face with fabulous food and lemon soju (damn that shit is good) all night. I should take her to korean bbq next time too. Which reminds me. I need to learn from my mum... Perhaps I should start from learning to cook her darn awesome recipes. Instead of taking her out to eat hoho.
